The problem with hard coding ~/.config/liballeg.org is that the user
might have overridden that location via the XDG environment variables,
and prefer they go elsewhere. It could be based on USER_SETTINGS_PATH
with appname set to "liballeg.org".
So I don't know if that's better than the current setup or not.
(The ex_path and speed app are both already using "liballeg.org",
which is probably better than "allegro" in terms of collisions.)
