Summary: [A5/OSX] Screen not updated until window is moved
Initial Comment:
With Allegro5.0.0rc3 (or rc2) on Mac OS X Snow Leopard 10.6.5 with a MacBook Pro, I'm seeing a problem where the screen is not updated until the window is moved or unfocused. Reproducible with the ex_draw_bitmap example.
When the program is first loaded, a blank (solid white) 640x480 window appears. Obscuring and obscuring the window, or Cmd-Tab, Cmd-Tab, will force a redraw and the correct graphics will be displayed — except they will not be updated until the redraw is forced again (the window appears to show a static image). Dragging the window by any amount restores the correct behavior, even after dragging is stopped.

This reproduces on a MacBook Pro but not a MacBook Air.
