Does anyone else see a broken image in ex_pixelformat when the
destination format is RGBA5551 or ARGB1555?

I recently added a discrete Nvidia card to my system.  I don't recall
the problem previously with ATI/fglrx, and the problem is not newly
introduced because it happens as far back as 4.9.18.  If I disable FBOs
the problem does not occur either.

Driver bug?  (I'm running under X11)
