Summary: image drawing filter config options
Initial Comment:
The min_filter and mag_filter config options should not be config options. The config file has things where it makes sense for the user to override things outside of the application, like choosing a default audio driver. Looking at things like ex_haiku, the filter option clearly does not belong there. Instead it needs to be a per-display or even per-bitmap setting.
