ex_fs_window: confirmed
ex_native_filechooser: confirmed, doesn't not show again only after picking file
ex_utf8: confirmed, looking like RichEdit bug
ex_synth: confirmed, al_init_primitives_addon() isn't called, so first use of drawing routine crashes (uninitialized mutex)

* ex_synth: crashes (d3d related?)
* ex_native_filechooser: cannot open file chooser multiple times
* ex_utf8: corruption in text log
* ex_fs_window: doesn't resize at all
