Summary: al_resize_display hangs under Xvfb

Initial Comment:
I've run the al_resize_display interface using the Xvfb server instead of standard X and it hangs. The parameters are 640x480. The size of display was a priori set to the same 640x480. So it trying to resize to the same size as it was before and then hangs. The issue is that it is not hangs if the parameters are 700x480. So it will be logically to check parameters of the al_resize_display on size_before!=size_new
