Summary: Windows resized after fullscreen on OSX
Initial Comment:
After running a game fullscreen, "fullscreen" maximized windows are the size of the screen mode you were using for fullscreen when you quit (not only after a crash). I use Right Zoom to enable window maximizing like on Windows and other platforms, don't know if that has anything to do with it.

Message:
Another issue that is semi-related: in fullscreen mode, if there are
windows on the desktop that's running fullscreen, they blink through the
Allegro window so you can see them until the next redraw if they happen to
be updated. For example running an allegro app from a terminal will show
the terminal flashing through the fullscreen window if the allegro program
is outputting debug info to the terminal.

I've seen that too, but not just with Allegro programs.
