There is no scrolling anymore that I noticed, not with XRandR mode changes.
I suppose its possible your WM doesn't support XRandR and doesn't resize the
desktop? I dunno really, but even icewm and flwm don't scroll around after a
mode set.
Removing the mouse grab made it so you can alt tab back to the window
without it ignoring the mouse.
