Initial Comment:
The main Allegro libraries doesn't links against libdl when using modules and the dga2 module doesn't links against libX11. The patch fixes them.

Note also that the vga module is compiled using only src/misc/vga.c. But that file hasn't the code of the full module, files as src/misc/modex.c (also others) are missing. That isn't fixed in this patch.
