Summary: Links broken (HTML)

Initial Comment:
There's a problem with the all the cross-linking in the HTML-docs.
Example:
Works:
"<a href="#alutf8encode">al_utf8_encode</a>" (as in the contents of utf8.html)

Doesn't work:
<a href="utf8.html#al_utf8_encode">al_utf8_encode</a> (as in the note to al_ustr_newf)

Apparently, there shouldn't be that underscore in the cross-linking...

Message:
Yes, I noticed this right after releasing 4.9.16. The problem was a bug
introduced in a newer version of Pandoc, which has since been fixed.
There's a workaround in SVN, too, and the online docs are correct.
