Just to let you know what I'm doing.

I've added file type registration functions to acodec.  This is the
first step to splitting up acodec into FLAC and Vorbis addons.
I don't see any reason to keep sndfile support.

After that, the acodec skeleton (al_load_sample, al_save_sample, etc.)
and the WAV routines can be moved into kcm_audio.
