I just noticed this and it might be driver specific or something,
but calling al_set_new_display_option(ALLEGRO_VSYNC, 1, ALLEGRO_SUGGEST)
is not enabling vsync on Linux. Should I be using REQUIRE? If I turn
vsync on with the Catalyst control center it works.
