I understand that a "wait for vsync right now" command may not be available on all platforms for OpenGL.
Right now the display vtable has an entry for such a method but the only implementing platform is D3D.
Can we add a display option for vsync? I don't know how to implement it on OSX or Linux but I can get the
ball rolling and do so for D3D if that's ok.
