Summary: default display color format not general enough
Initial Comment:
Some graphic drivers do not offer any visuals without the alpha color component, while some drivers offer only those with alpha. Current Allegro default is ALLEGRO_COLOR_FORMAT_NO_ALPHA. Assuming the user doesn't care about the color format we should introduce ALLEGRO_COLOR_FORMAT_ANY which would not fail on any of the two cases.
