Fill in the `display' field for the structure returned by al_get_keyboard_state(), which should point at the display that is in focus at the time that the call is made, or NULL if none of the program's Allegro windows are focused.
Make at least one example program test this feature.

Judging by the source, ex_keyboard_focus wouldn't be working correctly on
Windows and OS X. (The window with keyboard focus should be red.) Can we
get this fixed please?
