This is not possible on the mac, window styles are specified when the
window is created and cannot be changed.

Documentation is now available at the usual place:
http://www.liballeg.org/naturaldocs/files/src/display_new-c.html
But for implementing, you still will have to find the vtable in
include/allegro5/internal/aintern_display.h or similar.

Not yet - but src/display_new.c is a good bet. Btw., do we still want
NaturalDocs comments for all functions? If so, then whoever added those
functions probably should fill them in :)
