In exnew_bitmap_target, here both the FBO and non-FBO version (press
space to switch) work. exnew_blend works. exnew_membmp the first part
only has 9 FPS, the second 2400 - but besides the extreme slowness in
the first part, works.

Hm, a5teroids is apparently broken with my patch, since install_sound()
expects A4 to be running. It should be updated to use the audio addon
instead of A4 sound.
