[AD] 4.3.10 WIP release

I've uploaded the packages for the 4.3.10 WIP release to SourceForge.
I found two problems after making the files:

* the AllegroGL demos may be searching in the system paths for libagl.
  On a system which had AllegroGL 0.4.0 installed, the build process
  failed due to undefined references to
  allegro_gl_set_video_bitmap_color_depth().  Once I removed the old
  AllegroGL install the build went smoothly.

* the skater demo authors are not credited in the changes and thanks
  files.  I have rectified this in SVN but only after making the release.

The archives were only tested on Linux/x86 and Linux/x86-64 machines so
far.
