Can i get some clarification, does this mean video-to-video stretchblit ?
CHANGELOG ( Changes from 4.2.0 to 4.2.1 RC1 (May 2006)
Neil Walker and Thomas Harte implemented a hardware accelerated
stretch_blit() for the Windows DX port.
yet the docs upto (any maybe beyond) 4.2.2 says:
void stretch_blit( ... );
<yadda yadda> , Moreover, the source must be a memory bitmap.
