[AD] 4.2.2 schedule

Hi,

On the wiki Roadmap page there are the following items listed to be done
for 4.2.2.  Is there anything else?  I don't want anything big or
half-baked to hold it up.  And that will probably be it for 4.2.x unless
really bad bugs crop up.

* Will include the MSVC project files (need to be committed yet)
* Will support DMC in Windows
* autoconf changes requires testing on more exotic platforms
    (at least *bsd) 

I'm thinking of making an RC on the weekend, opening the 4.3 branch
straight after, and releasing a week or two after.
