Update and commit thanks and changes, zipup the package and do tests on
different platforms, or have them done.
I looks like I might have some extra time tomorrow, so I'll have a go at
4.2.1 again. Hopefully without running into show-stopping problems.

What will they add over the snapshots that are already available?
