Well, as it is, using fixbundle to add an icon to an application results in a segfault. However, most normal people don't use fixbundle; they use ProjectBuilder/XCode to manage the resources. I don't like to release known buggy code but, given that nobody has reported this in 5 months ...
When I make the binary packages I'll have it fixed, and I suspect that 4.2.1 will not be long in coming - usually some bugs appear when the general public get hold of something.
