[AD] OSX - About dialog

I just discovered "orderFrontStandardAboutPanel:", which can display a 
standard About... dialog box for any Cocoa application - it just needs 
one(-ish) line of code to add the menu item.

This patch contains the code and the change to the docs.

It's quite neat, maybe it could just make it for 4.2.0 or be deferred 
to 4.2.1?
