I applied the patch to not auto-detect DGA anymore. Someone relying on
auto-detect surely wants the X11 driver, and not the almost-certainly
(i.e. except on some old nvidia cards from what I can tell) broken DGA.
I somehow remember, there also was something about not using non-X11
drivers under X11 (which causes problems if someone compiled allegro
without the x11 dev libs).. but can't find it anymore.
