Well, I tried your patch in exgui, and noticed how ugly the too big
boxes look despite the improved focusing rectangle. Or just just try
making a 200x100 widget :P
I don't think the big boxes ever were the desired behavior, it's just
something that never was fixed. I actually was meaning to send a patch
for it some time ago, but then never did.. so maybe you can piggypack it
into yours since it would fit along the same cvs commit log message :)
