[AD] More namespace fixes

Here is a patch to clean up the namespace a bit more.

It marks clear() and fadd(), fsub(), etc. as deprecated.

There are some font functions affected which look like they are not
supposed to be public [anymore].

menu_alt_key() looked like it was not supposed to be public, but I'm not
sure.
