What I'm working on now is getting the html-split.xslt script to properly
split the docs into multiple pages... so far I have <section> and <chapter>
have "split" and "contents" items (to take care of @heading @hnode
@headingnocontents and @chapter), but I haven't found "the" way to get my
xslt to conditionally "break" up the docs...
