Yes and no. Obviously, we'd need a new vertex of Allegro (WIP 4.1.17 or
4.2 rel) to be able to use the new vtable entries. Other than that, AGL
will expose the exact same features with Allegro 4.0. Of course,
bugfixes brought in the WIPs are always nice.
