[AD] grabber - autodetecting resolution & depth

Attached is a patch that changes the default grabber behavior to
attempt to set the resolution and color depth to the current settings
if the user did not specify other settings. (Currently, it sets to
640x480x32.)

This makes the grabber play nice with laptops and LCDs.
