heh, are you paid by some data-mining company :-) ?
I still think it tries to say same thing as "You can call it only after
prior calling to allegro_init (even unssuccesful)." only in much less
understandable way. What is worse, you wording is a little bit incorrect
because it should be "...before trying to initialize Allegro itself."
otherwise is your patch OK
