Yes, I wasn't really sure.. but two replies I got say it is ok. Here are
the links, since their web-interface actually is worse than the SF one

So, we can now always refer someone wondering about the license to that,
and I guess it will be enough for freenode as well :)
(Doesn't seem like it is that easy to get included into the official
list of OSI licenses though. I got no hint as to how to find a lawyer to
analyze it, they just told me to use the MIT license instead.)
