To have Allegro be recognized as an open source project on freenode, it
needs to have an OSI approved license (so developers can appear as
nickname@xxxxxxxxxx in #allegro :). Therefore, I sent this to the OSI
(opensource.org) mailing list:

Maybe they accept it as OSI.. and we can get the @allegro names on IRC.
Or maybe they don't - then at least we know that the license is not
officially open source compatible :P
