Trivial, actually - just an extra function call. I'm going to add that
functionality once my Windows version of a similar idea starts to behave
(for some reason, I can't mask out certain areas of the HBITMAPs, no matter
what I do... if I can't sort this out, I'm going to ask for some help on
this one).

It has a purpose anyway: you no longer care about scaring the mouse, as the
window manager does this for us.

It is with that patch (meaning mickeys don't work properly as long as the
hardware cursor is being displayed).
