Hm, didn't think about that.. yeah, for non-developers compiling
allegro, it should be off. Reverted it.

But we should all have --enable-strict-warn always enabled. (Actually,
my cvs script has it.. that's why I can't compile CVS right now unless I
do it manually :P)
