i need regex.dll

that package  diffutils is incomplete.. the dependancies link on the page 
you provided was broken.
i have no idea what package regex.dll is from.

i have re-installed diffutils from mingw and that still does not have regex.dll
googling for regex.dll  was very little use.

can you send me the file, or URL.
