I have to say that I'm a bit scared by "if it does then also update the
readme to say djgpp make must not be used." That's a U-turn with regard to
the way Allegro for MSVC has been built for years.
On the other hand, DJGPP's make is known to have many problems on the newer
Windows, so it might be time to switch to MinGW's make.
