docs/build/macos.txt documents the now defunct MPW port. The readme file for
the MacOS X port is docs/build/darwin.txt.
I propose that we merge Adrian's work in the distribution, in tools/darwin
for example (similar templates for other compilers, like MSVC, would then be
welcome of course) and add a note referring to it to docs/build/darwin.txt.
