The CHANGES file on the 4_0 branch shows only the 4.0.2 to 4.0.3
modifications, the CHANGES file on the trunk only the 4.0.2 to 4.1.x WIP
modifications. When we have to choose between the two files, I think we
should take the latter, since it is basically a superset of the former (with
some reordering though).
