Not really, the problem is that the search engine works over the
whole html file generated by hypermail, so if you wanted to search
for a thread containing the words "george foot shawn hargreaves",
you will get hits where one of both names appers in the "Next
message in archive: blah" part, which may be completely unrelated
to the message you are viewing.
It's possible to filter this out with custom hypermail templates
and a swish-e version which supports libxml2, but I will leave that
for later.
