Maybe all this is going to far, the only problem with the build now is
that OLD_FILESEL_WIDTH and OLD_FILESEL_HEIGHT aren't defined, so why not
put those two in some inocuos file which all platforms can include? And
leave the alcompat.h mess for later... :)
