[AD] Allegro 5 mailing list

Hi,

Could one of the SF admins create a new mailing list on SF to discuss 
"the next version of Allegro".
[AD] isn't enough because:
- It should be for real work :)
- It's not archived

The allegro.cc web boards are also insufficient, as you sometimes need 
the threaded list ability. It also makes it easier for people who pay by 
the bit or second for their internet connection.
