No, it means that you can provide several FONTs of different sizes, all
rolled into one FONT structure, so you can select between them by
setting the 'height' member. They are all bitmap fonts, no actual
scaled blitting is done.

And no subpixel positioning is done. The aim was to keep it fast, and
simple. There is antialiasing, however.
