[AD] ASM defines in alunix.h when configured with --enable-vga=no

Hi,

Somebody on Allegro.cc wants to port Allegro to Linux on PS/2. See 
http://www.allegro.cc/forums/view_thread.php?_id=188671
for more info.

Unfortunately, it seems that when you run this:

./configure --enable-vga=no

You still get the asm defines in include/allegro/platform/alunix.h (the 
in/out port functions).

Can we not remove these if configure does not enable the VGA drivers?
