Files inside the files/snapshots/ directory are scanned every three hours
and the web page is updated accordingly, so in the future you only have
to put the file in the directory and wait a maximum of three hours to
see that on the web.

Yes, one of the few things I dislike about unix permission system is
that you cannot umask the group for fresh files starting at a specific
directory and following the tree's branches. Or I'm too stupid to find
out how. Anyway, it's been 'patched' now.

I prefered to copy it, again to avoid group permission problems.
