[AD] [WIN] Cleanup patch

I've commited the attached patch (trunk only) that cleans up the Windows
keyboard and mouse drivers: it mainly removes an useless loop construct in
each driver and factors some code in the mouse driver in order to give it
the same structure as that of the keyboard driver.

That's in preparation for another patch that will fix a subtle (but
structurally far-reaching) bug introduced again by my patch merging the
three input threads.
