[AD] knack on audiostream detected by Henrik

Hi, this diff against stream.c removes the knack that Henrik was having
The solution was making the audiostream start playing the sample just when
the first buffer is freeded.

Patch against current CVS
Henrik and I tested it and seems to work.
If anybody can commit it that would be great
