Done.
There was a problem with the Texinfo output, as the "Windows" part
of the titles "Windows specifics: the basics" and "Windows
specifics: GDI routines" was being used to create two nodes with the
same name. I put the "GDI routines" as a section inside "Windows
specifics". Unfortunately, makedoc doesn't understand the concept
of subsections.
