A small thing I miss from the current Allegro API is the fact you're not
able to change the program icon. What about adding a little function like
set_icon() or set_app_icon() that fills this void by allowing to change the
program icon in realtime?
Could it be possible under Windows and X? Under BeOS it could be, but I have
to examine the thing a bit more...
