Hello,
I've now uploaded the final (hopefully) version of the
new rotation routine to:

It contains:
 - A new rotate.c. This is much faster and more
accurate.
 - A patch to aintern.h to add 3 new low level
functions that add-on libraries may need.
 - A patch to allegro._tx: It updates the
documentation to reflect that it is no longer
necessary for the source bitmap to be in memory or for
the source and dest bitmaps to have the same color
depth. It also corrects draw_sprite_vh_flip() to be
mathematically correct, and removes the documentation
for rotate_scaled_sprite_flip(). Finally, I took the
freedom to clarify exactly exactly what the difference
between rotate_sprite() and pivot_sprite() is. I'm not
sure this is understandable though, so it would be
good if someone really checked this before applying.
