Hello!

1. When compiling (with kernel 2.4.*) ljoy.c includes
   linux/joystick.h which includes linux/input.h
   which defines a ton of KEY_* macros.

2. Only the dga2 shared modules gets built. (dga1 is disabled)
   So the alsa sound drivers aren't available.
